  1. Its nice to see this..

    When I was in school, they, literally, counted catsup and fried potato patties (think mcdonald's hash browns) as two vegetables, on our school menu! I couldn't believe it, when I found out.

    Can you imagine, though, going through 8 years of school.. with these great choices.. then getting into the high school? It might not be such a good thing, to then be smashed with crap and junk, when you are more free to make your own decisions.. I'd like to think that the high school's, attached to these school's/kids that are experiencing these changes.. will develop some better choices, for them, by the time, they get there..

    budget may wipe out these good intentions, though, even with their good changesI hope they follow-up with this.. and that other districts follow..
